Can it work with our existing equipment?+
Compatibility is assessed during discovery based on equipment brand, controller, communication protocols and available access. The required gateway and integration scope are defined after this assessment.
Can equipment be controlled remotely?+
Remote control functions are designed only for installations supported by the manufacturer, with verified site safety conditions and defined permissions. The web portal does not replace physical safety circuits or mandatory on-site inspections.
Does this replace our maintenance service?+
BYSU Center provides monitoring, management and software infrastructure. It supports physical maintenance, periodic inspections and emergency response processes; it does not replace them.
Can we explore the portal without connecting equipment?+
Yes. Explore the demo portal with sample data, without registration. Your customer account only displays equipment and requests assigned to your organization.
